A TYPICAL SESSION INCLUDES -

Initially a confidential disclosure and discussion of individual's state of health and treatments both past and in progress.

A careful assessment of individual's physical mobility, flexibility, strength and general state of being.

The adaptation of Yoga movements and postures, breathing practices, visualisation, relaxation as deemed suitable for individual's needs.

The use of chairs, cushions and other aids if necessary.
