As individuals, we all have differing abilities and limitations.  1-2-1 Yoga sessions enables the individual to work with greater precision using their abilities to gain the benefits of yoga.

A TYPICAL SESSION INCLUDES -

An initial, general discussion of individual’s needs and expectations.

A careful assessment of individual’s physical mobility, flexibility and strength and general state of being. 

Yoga movements and postures, breathing practices, visualisation, meditation, relaxation and more to suit individual's needs and expectations.
